    How to Unlock Access

    1. Progress through Chapter 2: Complete the When Fireworks Bloom quest chain (part of the Glowing Fireworks storyline)[1][5].
    2. Follow the main quest: During The Short Fuse Crew Returns, Nikki and Momo chase kidnappers to the Firework Isles’ peak. A hot air balloon sequence leads directly to the Cloud Top Balloon[5][43].
    3. Activate the Warp Spire: After reaching the balloon, unlock the Styleshaped Balloons Summit Warp Spire to fast-travel back later[8][43].
