• Infold grants users a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use the game software.
• Users must not modify, forge, or disseminate unauthorized versions of the software.

3. User Responsibilities:

• Users are responsible for any third-party claims resulting from their breach of the agreement.
• Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

4. Data and Privacy:

• User data is collected and protected according to Infold's Privacy Policy and Infinity Nikki Personal Data and Privacy Protection Policy.

5. Virtual Items and Currency:

• Game equipment, coins, and props are part of the service and subject to usage limitations.

6. Modifications and Termination:

• Infold reserves the right to modify the agreement without prior notice.
• Users' continued use of the service implies acceptance of updates.

7. Liability Limitations:

• Infold's liability is limited to direct damages up to the total fees paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
