1. Complete the story mission "Attention! Faewish Sprite Spotted" in Chapter 4.
2. Use the Strawhat Sleepy's Gliding Station to float to the Stellar Fishing Ground island.
3. Activate the "Stellar Fishing Ground Peak" Warp Spire near the Astral Swan for quick future access.

Obtaining Astral Feathers

Players can obtain Astral Feathers by grooming the Astral Swan once per day. These feathers are used to craft special clothing items like the Galaxy's Desire chest accessory and the Starlit Celebration outfit.
